I'm looking to know likeminded people to share knowledge and experience.

I'm an adherent of integral approach to spiritual and personal development. For many years I've studied different traditions, approaches and practices in order to find the optimal one for me, but also to experience how different ways may lead to the same goal and give positive results. I prefer to “religare” - join and combine, seeing the grains of truth everywhere, rather than looking for the one and only “right path”.

However, my favourites are Transpersonal Psychology and Integral Movement (K.Wilber, S.Grof, R.Assagioli etc), as well as non-dual world traditions and writings of saints and mystics.
